Cancellation and missed appointment policy: To accommodate those waiting on my cancellation list, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full fee. The credit card on file will be charged. Illness and weather related cancellations are handled at our discretion.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist with an interest in helping people understand the how and why of manual therapy. No magic, no crazy promises and I am probably going to ask you to do some things at home. I encourage all patients to be active participants in their recovery.
As a recreational runner with an academic interest in training and recovery I am more than willing to help you maximize your training resiliency with a variety of approaches including load management and recovery strategies.
In addition to Massage Therapy I also provide Infant/Baby Massage Instruction to help care givers bond and connect with their children through massage. I trained and certified with Tina Allen and the Liddle Kidz Foundation. They are the leading infant and pediatric touch-therapy organization world wide and have played a major role in bringing pediatric massage programs to hospitals and orphanages across the globe.
I graduated top of my class from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto. I hold a General Certificate with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and am a member of the Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario (RMTAO). I also earned a B.A. from Trent University and a B.Ed from Queens.
