Massage Therapy

All Massage Therapy treatments are customised to address your particular concerns. Treatments can utilize a variety of techniques to treat muscles, joints and the nervous system to help you achieve your individual goals. Pressure is adjusted per patient request.

Pay What You Can Massage Therapy

A 45 minute massage customised to address your unique needs. The treatment utilizes a variety of techniques to treat muscles, joints and the nervous system to help you achieve your individual treatment goals. Pressure is adjusted per patient request. This is a pay what you can treatment. You may pay by cash, credit, debit, or etransfer. A receipt will be provided.

(Ashiatsu) Massage Therapy

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique using deep, compressive strokes that glide over the body. The broader, softer surface of the foot provides a deep tissue approach without the discomfort of elbows or thumbs. Bars are used above the head for therapist support and balance.

(Prenatal) Massage Therapy

A prenatal massage customised to address your specific concerns. Treatment can utilise a variety of techniques to treat muscles, joints and the nervous system to help you achieve your individual treatment goals. Treatment positioning is adjusted based on stage of pregnancy and pressure is adjusted per patient request.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist with an interest in helping people understand the how and why of manual therapy. I strive to be open, honest and clear with you about what we are doing, why we are doing it and how we can have you feeling better in as few visits as possible. No magic, no crazy promises and I am probably going to ask you to do some things at home. I encourage all patients to be active participants in their recovery.

As a recreational runner with an academic interest in training and recovery I am more than willing to help you maximize your training resiliency with a variety of approaches including load management and recovery strategies.

In addition to Massage Therapy I also provide Infant/Baby Massage Instruction to help care givers bond and connect with their children through massage. I trained and certified with Tina Allen and the Liddle Kidz Foundation. They are the leading infant and pediatric touch-therapy organization world wide and have played a major role in bringing pediatric massage programs to hospitals and orphanages across the globe.

I graduated top of my class from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto. I hold a General Certificate with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and am a member of the Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario (RMTAO). I also earned a B.A. from Trent University and a B.Ed from Queens.
